Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB) is a nonprofit organization and one of 28 Local Workforce Development Boards in Texas. WSB serves Brewster, Culberson, El Paso, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, and Presidio counties and plays a leading role in driving economic growth and workforce development across the Borderplex region. Through strategic partnerships with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), employers, educators, and community organizations, WSB delivers market-driven workforce solutions that connect individuals to meaningful employment and prepare them for long-term career success. WSB offers a wide range of programs and services designed to strengthen the local economy, develop a skilled workforce, and meet the needs of both employers and job seekers. These initiatives empower individuals by providing access to education, training, and employment support, particularly for those facing barriers to employment.
