Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supplier will work with LCRA as a strategic partner to provide LCRA with Temporary Personnel (“Workers”) and related services for the Digital Services and Cybersecurity departments and/or related activities (IT-Related). Supplier will provide LCRA with at least one designated Representative, who will serve as LCRA’s sole point of contact with respect to Supplier’s fulfillment of staffing LCRA’s IT-related Workers and related services. Supplier Representative must maintain office-hours and be available during regular LCRA working hours (generally, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday). Supplier Representative must monitor calls and emails received on a daily basis and shall return calls/e-mails during business hours within two business days of receipt. Supplier Representative will organize and conduct periodic meetings, reviewing performance metrics and opportunities for improvement as requested. Supplier Representative may be required to participate in other meetings as requested by LCRA. Supplier Representative will manage relationships with all Subcontractors and serve as liaison between LCRA and Subcontractors. LCRA may, at its sole discretion, request that the Supplier replace the Representative. Immediately upon notification, the Supplier will assign an interim dedicated Representative. Supplier will provide replacement Representative as soon as Supplier has a mutually agreed upon viable fit for the Representative replacement. Supplier will make every effort to replace the Representative in a timely manner with the goal being within ten (10) business days of being notified by LCRA.
