Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Texas System Administration is seeking to enter into non-exclusive System-wide Master Agreements with established, qualified and experienced firms for the services. These strategic enrollment management services will support programming portfolios that are cross-institutional and could consist of one or more degree or non-degree courses, certificates, or degree programs. As these programs are still being developed, much of the strategic enrollment management infrastructure is not full formed. As a result, it is imperative that the Proposer keep this state in mind as they propose these services and their desire to assist the ITL build out these services.
