Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) DSHS staff must have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to the storage unit. b) Storage Unit Dimensions b.1. Unit must be completely enclosed with minimum dimensions of 20 feet wide by 60 feet long; b.2. Door must be a minimum of 14 feet high by 13 feet 11 inches wide; and b.3. Floor must be concrete. c) Contractor shall ensure the storage unit has all-weather access to the area in front of the building to allow for a truck and 45-foot trailer to be backed into the building during wet conditions. d) Contractor shall ensure electricity is available inside the storage unit and have at least one electrical outlet on each of the two, 60-foot long walls. e) Contractor shall ensure the storage unit has access to a freshwater spigot near the building. f) Storage unit must be located within a 10-mile radius of Port Lavaca city limits.
