Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Killeen, Texas (City) is requesting qualifications from qualified food and beverage service vendors to provide services at Stonetree Golf Club. Stonetree Golf Club is a municipally owned and operated golf course servicing over 50,000 rounds annually and plays host to more than 40 tournaments, to include major area fundraising charity golf events. The food and beverage services will include, but will not necessarily be limited to: - Daily Food and Beverage Operations at the Stonetree Grill, and other areas if the City shall choose. - Minimum operating hours of 10:30 am until sunset (normal Pro Shop closing) 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day) - All alcohol sales for Stonetree Golf Club, to include special events where the vendor does not provide food service. Alcohol sales will be conducted under the TABC license held by the City of Killeen and pursuant to all TABC requirements. - Vendor will be the exclusive provider of food and beverage service for daily operations at Stonetree Golf Club. Tournaments and special functions will be negotiated on an individual basis by City of Killeen staff, the patron, and the vendor. - Use of City of Killeen owned beverage cart for on course food, beverage, and alcohol sales Vendors submitting qualifications will be scored on how well they demonstrate their knowledge and define their methodology and approach to the following areas: Food and Beverage Services Customer Service Maintenance and Upkeep Food Handlers Permit
