Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provision of sterile, compounded intravenous medication to the patients of the Texas Center for Infectious Disease.; The provision of service shall include, but not be limited to intravenous antibiotics and customized intravenous nutrition products for patients when orally administered medications and/or nutrition is not adequate for a patient.; The medication is compounded pursuant to a specific patient medication order in accordance with the standards of USP Chapter 797 and in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code §291.133.; The medication is stored and maintained according to the standards of USP Chapter 797 and in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code §291.133.; The medication is delivered to the facility, either San Antonio State Hospital (SASH) Pharmacy or the Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID) in a manner that supports storage and handling recommended by the standards of USP Chapter 797 and in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code §291.133.; The medication is dispensed per patient with the quantity requested pursuant to the request of SASH Pharmacy or TCID personnel and labeled in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code §291.133. ; The medication is delivered to the San Antonio State Hospital pharmacy or the Texas Centers for Infectious Disease for confirmation that it is received as requested, including correct quantity and proper labeling.; Deliveries are to be made to the pharmacy within 4-8 hours after medication is ordered or as directed by pharmacy; Parenteral Nutrition- 1, 2,3 Liter
