The state is seeking a partner to assist and develop projects relating to an Oklahoma broadband mapping Geographic Information System (GIS). Oklahoma will use the responses to this RFP to complete broadband mapping required by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) mapping grant program for the State of Oklahoma. The selected vendor(s) will be required to collect, analyze, store, retrieve and report highly precise broadband datasets, maps and data in a financially sustainable way. The State Broadband Data and Development Grant Program is a competitive, merit‐based matching grant program that implements the joint purposes of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Broadband Data Improvement Act (BDIA). The Program will provide approximately $350 million in grants to assist states or their designees to develop state‐specific data on the deployment levels and adoption rates of broadband services.
