The OAG is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit services of a single or multiple Contractor(s) for the development, implementation, and execution of a Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) while providing the best value to the State of Texas. The OAG is seeking a solution that aligns with its mission to provide notifications of a Defendant’s custody status and any changes in scheduled court events, from Participating Entities to Registered Individuals. This solicitation is a critical step in our ongoing efforts to enhance the capabilities of our office, address emerging challenges, and ensure that we continue to serve the public with integrity and excellence. Through this RFP, the OAG seeks to partner with Contractor(s) who share our commitment to quality and who can contribute to the success of our initiatives.
