Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services should include multi-media healthcare continuing education service supported by a secure, comprehensive web-based learning management system. This will allow individuals to take healthcare continuing education courses online at their convenience to help satisfy their specific license requirements. The purpose of this RFP is for TDA to seek a highly skilled vendor to provide services, under terms and conditions established by this RFP and TDA. The vendor chosen by TDA must be experienced, with strong references and have an established relationship with each of the following constituencies, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the purpose and scope of each: State Offices of Rural Health (SORH), state Flex programs, and program partners such as the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC), Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO), rural hospitals and other rural providers. Applicants should have significant experience with developing and implementing continuing education courses, program planning, reporting and best practice development.
