Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Successful Respondent shall provide technical assistance to the LoanSTAR Program Manager. Specific tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: o Successful Respondent shall conduct Utility Assessment Report (UAR) reviews to ensure reports adhere to either the LoanSTAR Technical Guidelines or the Performance Contracting Guidelines, whichever applies; o Successful Respondent shall prepare and submit written documentation regarding the UAR review findings to the LoanSTAR Program Manager; o Successful Respondent shall conduct design specification reviews of LoanSTAR projects to ensure specifications adhere to the respective Utility Assessment Report (UAR);
