Scope of Work for LSSP is as follows, Contractor shall: 7.1.1. Determine appropriate evaluation measures to use for students who are deaf or hard of hearing. 7.1.2. Gather, research, organize and draft Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs) and Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REEDs). 7.1.3. Conduct testing for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students aged 3 to 21 (includes, but is not limited to, cognitive/intellectual, academic achievement, adaptive behavior, social-emotional). 7.1.4. Conduct and/or coordinate psychological and behavioral assessments. 7.1.5. Identify special service needs of students (accommodations, related services, etc.). 7.1.6. Recommend and determine student academic placement. 7.1.7. Respond to various assessment issues and requests for information. 7.1.8. Share reports and recommendations with Admissions, Revision, Dismissal (ARD) Committee and department multidisciplinary team. 7.1.9. Attend ARD meetings and shares information with ARD Committee. 7.1.10. Documents evaluations completed for SHARS billing. 7.1.11. Comply with TSD school policies and procedures. 7.1.12.
