Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas is accepting quotes for payroll processing services for customers enrolled in Subsidized Employment in our Choices, Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act Youth (WIOA), Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL), and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Paid Work Experience Programs. Services to be provided will include online Onboarding for participants, weekly payroll processing, options for direct deposit or payment cards, weekly invoicing for each program, and W2s completed at the end of the year. 1.3 ELIGIBLE PROPOSERS Qualified proposers must possess the following qualities/abilities: Experience in monitoring federal and state programs; Knowledge of the workforce program requirements; Ability, knowledge, and skills to produce and maintain supportive documentation that identifies deficiencies and concerns; and Ability and skills to prepare and produce clear, concise and timely reports.
