The Work consists of the construction of three vehicle storage bay structures with preengineered metal building frame structural systems. The structures include storage rooms and one pair of restrooms. The structures include rainwater collection systems to be designed and installed by the contractor. The project includes the construction of curbed, landscaped islands adjacent to the structures, an accessible parking space with ramps and a sidewalk, landscaping and the replacement of an existing electrical transformer and pad. The project includes the demolition of existing site structures, pads and paving. The project includes the construction and installation of a truck scale and the associated foundation, which is be engineered, constructed and installed by the Contractor. Sitework will include site grading and paving, bike parking. Site perimeter work will include sidewalks, a crosswalk across a public street with curb ramps, landscaping, relocation of security access island and additional work. Utility work will include wastewater, water and electrical extensions to the structures.
