The purpose of this RFI is to ask for input including business ideas or programming activities that will support the development of an All-Abilities Playground at Springwoods Neighborhood Park in northwest Austin. The address of the Springwoods Neighborhood Park is 9117 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78729. The City’s Parks and Recreation Department (“PARD”) envisions the possibility of an effective public-private agreement which will positively enhance the experience of park users, businesses, visitors, and residents surrounding the parkland by building an All-Abilities Playground. In relation to this RFI, the City seeks potential topics to consider for the scope of work, as well as anything to consider that may hinder a successful contracting process
