Restrooms (Men’s & Woman’s): Demo all existing partitions, sinks, toilets, and exterior doors. Remove and re-install existing light fixtures. Add light to the urinal area (LED 8’ light fixture). It will be the urinal on the right side closest to the sink. Add lights above the sink area. Install stainless steel baby changer station on both Men’s and Woman’s (ADA). Place them near the entrance in both restrooms. Install new Men and Woman’s signage in both restrooms (ADA). New grab bars in both restrooms that meet the standard ADA requirements. They will be installed in the stall that is furthest from the entrance. New stainless steel toilet paper dispensers in each stall and ensure the height meets the ADA requirement. Install new exterior door (push door with a fixed handle) for both restrooms. Install mechanical vent on both exterior doors. Bottom portion of the door.
