Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring Independent School District requests bids for the purpose of identifying vendors to provide Specialty Print Services throughout the District. Specialty Print Services covered by this bid include, but are not limited to newsletters, posters, brochures, maps, presentation folders, multiple part forms, envelopes, and other printed materials. Emphasis will be placed on the vendor's ability to provide graphic design, artwork, layout, typesetting, and general print services. This bid does not cover materials such as teacher-student materials and continuous computer forms, projects normally run in the District's Copy Center. The forms will consist of NCR and padded forms. The quantities will vary according to the particular form. Normally, NCR will be a minimum of 100 sets. All NCR material must be packaged in wraps of 50 or 100 as requested. All padded material must be padded and packaged as requested.
