Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must provide or ensure the following residential, vocational, medical, behavioral, transportation, and habilitation services are made available for the Individual served under this contract: 2.2.1 Residential Setting Requirements A. Residence 1. Contractor is responsible for finding and securing an appropriate residence that meets the requirements of the contract. 2. Residence must be located in a residential neighborhood in Tarrant County or in a county approved, in writing, by the Individual or the Individual's guardian. 3. Residential requirements. a. At least three-bedrooms. b. A private bedroom for the Individual. c. A separate office area for staff, which does not interfere with the home-like appearance of the residence. d. Sufficient outside space to allow privacy for outside activities when desired by the Individual. 4. Contractor must maintain the lease of the Individual’s residence. B. Prior to Move-In 1. Contractor must ensure the new/current residence is appropriate and meets the requirements of the contract before a new lease agreement is made. 2. Contractor is responsible for the following prior to the Individual relocating to the new residence or immediately after, but no later than three business days, of the contractor taking over the current lease
