Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contract with a vendor providing a ticketing platform that processes primary single event sales; subscription and packaged sales and inventory management control; secondary market transactions including single events, fundraising tracking and functionality; premium seating and potentially, licensed merchandise and fully functional interaction with fund raising campaigns. B. Utilize a ticketing service company that has open communication, support, and training. Service should include 24/7 user support, an account representative, and user driven research and development roadmap that combines vision with realistic deliverables. Must provide timeline for seamless upgrades and set forth/maintain high level of service deliverables. C. A state-of-the-art hosted ticketing system replete with a fully integrated access control system, comprehensive event management controls, multi-channel distribution capabilities, and a full suite of reporting abilities. System must provide a customer-facing web portal, social media outreach, inventory control, invoicing and financial accountability. System must possess state-ofthe-art privacy and security with respect to protection of University and customer confidential information (including PCI compliance).
