University Health holds numerous special events every year and seeking an experienced special event company to provide rental equipment such as tents, canopies, generators, staging, audio visual, tables, chairs, linens, floral, specialty lounge furniture, etc. Working in close communication with Corporate Communications Community Relations, the chosen contractor will meet all rental and event support needs outlined below and have the flexibility and experience to quickly respond to requests to support additional types of events. University Health intends to enter into a two-year not-to-exceed contract with two optional one-year renewals. There is no guarantee minimum spend and actual contract spend will depend on the number and types of events held each year.
