Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dallas County on behalf of Dallas County Juvenile Board is seeking proposals from licensed, experienced, and qualified firms, contractors, companies and/or organizations to provide student assessment and various special education services for the Academy for Academic Excellence (hereinafter referred to as Academy) as described herein. These services shall be purchased on an "AS NEEDED" basis, with Academy making the sole determination of need. The selected provider agrees to provide the listed disciplines: Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Physical Therapist within the time limitations designated by the Academy (upon receipt of a Dallas County Purchase Order).
