Specifications include, but are not limited to: Braille Translation Services to be provided by SES provider: A. Provide services that: 1. Provide conversion of written materials to Braille and tactile graphics utilizing a variety of technology and computer software programs. 2. Are aligned with best practice Braille transcription. B. The Provider guarantees: 1. To provide services in a timely manner. 2. Maintain frequent contact with FBISD Special Education assigned administrator. 3. Not to exceed funding agreement. 4. Remain within the scope of the defined service. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Services Scope of Work Services to be provided by SES provider: A. Provide services that: 1. Are aligned with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). 2. Are aligned with best practice counseling services. B. The Provider guarantees: 1. Related services and evaluations are completed with competence and LPCs will participate in ARD/IEP meetings. 2. All services specified in this Agreement shall be provided without charge to the parents, surrogates, guardians, or adult student(s). 3. LPCs will maintain accurate documentation for services and Medicaid reimbursement. 4. All LPCs will undergo a background check and commit to working the duration of the school year. Abandonment of caseload will be addressed immediately by the vendor. 5. All LPCs adhere to district and campus compliance guideline. 6. Invoices will not exceed limit of the agreement.
