Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to be provided by SES provider: A.Provide services that: 1.Are aligned with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). 2.Are aligned with best practice school-based speech therapy. B.The Provider guarantees: 1.Speech therapy and assessments are completed with competence and therapists will participate in ARD/IEP meetings. 2.All services specified in this Agreement shall be provided without charge to the parents, surrogates, guardians, or adult student(s). 3. Therapists will maintain accurate documentation for services, evaluation and Medicaid reimbursement. 4.All therapists will undergo a background check and commit to working the duration of the school year. Abandonment of caseload will be addressed immediately by the vendor. 5.All therapists adhere to district and campus compliance guideline. 6.Invoices will not exceed limit of the agreement
