Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to accept for collection and monitoring, upon the terms and conditionsprescribed in this Agreement, all self-pay balances requiring payment plans that MDAnderson may choose to refer to the Contractor for "Facility", and "Professional"accounts and invoices, except accounts that are in legal status or in bankruptcy. Facilityaccounts will be defined as any account billed for hospital services provided. Professionalaccounts will be defined as any account billed for physician services provided.Contractor should be prepared to monitor payment plans per the payment plan guidelinesestablished by MD Anderson. MD Anderson accounts are not considered to be in defaultat the time of delivery to Contractor who will treat these accounts as billing items asopposed to collection items
