Upon completion of the Site Investigation task, the Contractor will prepare a site-specific SWP report for the PWSs of the project area based on a TCEQprovided SWP template. The report must be approved by the TCEQ PM, and a final electronic copy (.pdf file) must be provided to the TCEQ PM. One hard copy will be provided per system, and TCEQ will receive a final electronic copy (.pdf file). The reports will be provided to the PWSs on completion of task 3.1.7. Deliverables: The Contractor will prepare and submit a site-specific report. At a minimum, the report must contain the following: i. Maps of the SWPA - various scales. ii. Description of the project area. iii. Discussion of the PSOC inventory, findings, and recommended BMPs. iv. Documentation of any BMP actions already taken and prioritized list of specific BMP actions that should be taken by the PWS. v. Map of structural BMP implementation areas. vi. Diagram and description of all PWS systems interconnected with the PWS under study (i.e. purchase water relationships). vii. Update or create contingency plan for each respective PWS...
