All respondents must be able to provide criminal background check and drug screening services, including but not limited to providing services for complete screening for potential, returning, and current ACC employees. Employees will be classified by ACC’s Human Resources (HR) Division as requiring either a Non-Health Sciences Criminal Background Services package (package #1); or a Health Sciences Criminal Background and Drug Screen package (package #2). Historically, ACC’s HR Division has averaged two thousand three hundred (2,300) Non-Health Sciences Criminal Background Services packages; and one hundred fifty (150) Health Sciences Criminal Background and Drug Screen packages per calendar year. All services must meet the requirements and federal guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The description of the proposed services, scope of work and specifications related to this solicitation are highlighted in the following subsections.
