Integral Care is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified Proposers (as defined below) to provide consulting and implementation services for Integral Care’s deployment of Workday's Human Capital Management and Financial Management systems (collectively, the “Software”). The Successful Proposer (as defined below) will provide the following (collectively, the “Services”): Guidance through the Software’s system design, configuration, integration, testing, training, and change management; expert guidance on best practices/workflows for the Software; thorough documentation of the Software’ design/business rules/training materials; and post-go-live support. Integral Care will also assess Proposer’s ability to provide contract staffing services, including staff augmentation, temporary or contract-based roles, and long-term support, both during and after the implementation phase for the Software (such contract staffing services, collectively, the “Staffing Services”). Staffing Services may or may not be included in any Contract (as defined below), in Integral Care’s sole determination.
