Task 1 – Project Management and Quality Assurance Requirements The Consultant will provide the following items for project management and quality assurance. • Project coordinator • Project schedule • Progress meeting(s) • Progress reports • Correspondence, as appropriate to all team members of the project Task 2 – Investigate and Update the WFMPO Boundary and Study Area The Consultant will: • Identify the new WFMPO area base and study area • Review previous base year network geographies as provided by TxDOT • Identify regionally significant facilities that have been built, expanded, or modified since the previous model base year Network • Complete all necessary changes in a pending geography in the appropriate attribute fields prescribed in TxDOT standards Task 3 – Investigate and Update the WFMPO Network Base and Functional Classifications The Consultant will: • Update the existing Wichita Falls Metropolitan Area travel demand model network geography using prescribed TxDOT standards • Follow TxDOT standard facility type and functional classifications
