Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dallas is soliciting proposals for a professional social media consultant to provide a comprehensive overview of current social media outlets, provide recommendations and options for improving social media for DPD, provide for more efficient and effective social media updates and/or responses to the City of Dallas residents. DPD is interested in establishing a Social Media Registry as well as Twitter Town Hall Chats. Proposals provided by respondents should include but not limited to: - Social media audit - Social media strategy development - Social media content strategy and conversion calendar development - Social media policy - Social media outreach and program development:. The social media strategy development will include the development of a Social Media Plan including: - Vision plan - Identifying the audience - Envision outcomes and develop objectives - Define specific tasks or activities that need to be accomplished - Prioritize communication channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. - Enablers Attributes of Police department, its services, citizen characteristics, city economy, etc., that allow for unique and effective development and communication of the message. - Determine where the information content needs to come from
