VIA seeks to gather constructive feedback from industry stakeholders to help refine the Rapid Silver Line Project’s CMAR RFP. All input will be carefully reviewed, and at VIA’s discretion, incorporated into the final RFP. VIA’s goal is to deliver an attractive, clearly defined RFP to encourage prospective proposers’ participation in the future. VIA welcomes feedback on the RFI from prospective proposers, including both prime and sub-contractors. Respondents are encouraged to submit detailed feedback on their expectations and suggested changes in a letter format and/or using “track changes.” Feedback should be concise, clearly reference each document, and include rationale. VIA may request Follow-up Meetings with respondents to clarify any comments submitted. Responses will be subject to open records requests.
