Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intention of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses for all forms of Signage (custom signs, backdrops, posters, banners, window coverings, vehicle wraps, etc.), Promotional Items (decals, table coverings, flags, koozies, ribbons, etc.) and Related Installation and/or Repair Services (coverings, wraps, electronic scoreboards and marquees repairs) in the form of a catalog or list price discount for products or an hourly rate for a certified technician to install or repair associated electronic signs for the period of MARCH 1, 2024 (or upon award) through FEBRUARY 28, 2025. This contract may be extended for a period of 2 years in increments of 12 months each if discounts, terms and conditions remain constant and both parties agree in writing.
