Specifications include, but are not limited to: The existing surface lot will be restriped, to accommodate some reconfiguring of parking spaces and a new perimeter security fence at the portico area. The sunken truck well/ dock will be in filled to be at the same grade as the adjacent parking lot. This new secured area will be secured access controlled by automatic man and vehicle (sliding) gates.There will be a new service yard adjacent the secured area to hold the new generator, enclosed with a wrought iron fence. The renovation work will be mostly interior in scope. The only exterior work will be limited to adding a new roof over the entire building, adding a new exit man door at the first level after creating a new exit corridor and building a new larger portico in place of the existing.
