The required services to be provided are sheet ironer repair services at Richmond State Supported Living Center. Vendor must have the ability to perform preventive maintenance to the sheet ironer. This includes replacing parts such as rollers, wires, pads, belts, grips, and other replaceable parts. Vendor must have the ability to make any major unforeseen repairs to the sheet ironer including parts. Vendor must be able to supply the facility with sheet ironer parts for the facility to make repair if necessary. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage.
