The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) intends to provide comprehensive Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing to applicable priority populations across the State. Comprehensive Test Screening for STIs: HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and Hepatitis: At-home self-testing collection methods. Test kits must be FDA approved. Laboratory testing capabilities. Services must be provided throughout the State of Texas to all applicable priority populations with an address capable of receiving testing materials. Provide test results in a timely manner; No-cost to the intended client. Must provide DSHS with (at minimum); Non-PHA related information regarding the demographics of clients receiving test kits, Number of test kits provided, Number of tests successfully screened.
