1. The selected contractor will be responsible for: 2. Supplying Roll-Off Dumpsters: Providing various sizes (e.g., 20, 30, and 40 cubic yards) of roll-off dumpsters. 3. Servicing Compactors: Transport compactors (e.g. 20, 30, and 40 cubic yards) to the landfill to be emptied and returned to specified city locations on an as-needed basis – estimated number of compactors is 12. These do not belong to the City of Lake Jackson. 4. Delivery and Pickup: Transporting dumpsters to and from specified city locations on an as-needed basis. 5. Servicing and Cleaning: Emptying, maintaining, and cleaning dumpstersregularly or upon request. 6. Repair and Replacement: Ensuring all dumpsters remain in safe, usable condition; replacing damaged or non-functional units. 7. Compliance: Adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste management and transportation. 8. The contractor must utilize Seabreeze Landfill (located at 10310 FM 523, Angleton, TX) for disposal. 9. The contractor must utilize Waste Management for ALL recycling services (located at 1200 Brittmore Rd, Houston, T 77043.
