Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Three (3) years of experience in providing Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) to RWHAP Part A and/or B Recipients and/or Part A/B Administrative Agencies (AA). a. Experience shall include providing T/TA to RWHAP Recipients/AAs in performing RWHAP Clinical Quality Management activities in accordance with USPHS Act 2604(h)(1-4) 45 CFR 75.302, 352, 361, and Subpart E, and HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) Policy Clarification Notice (PCNs) 15-01, 15-02 and FAQs). b. Experience shall include providing T/TA to RWHAP Recipients/AAs on state of the art subrecipient Quality Assurance (QA) monitoring activities reflective of the RWHAP National Monitoring Standards and the RWHAP Part A monitoring standards, consistent with 45 CFR 75.405 45 CFR 75.302 45 CFR 75 Appendix VI. c. Experience shall include providing T/TA to RWHAP Recipients/AAs in updating policies and procedures to reflect current HRSA HAB Policy Clarification Notices, letters and corrections to ensure the recipient’s policies and procedures are accurate and reflect the most current revision of grant manual as set out in 45 CFR §75.2. d. Experience shall include performing QA and CQM chart reviews/abstractions, compiling results, generating reports and providing presentations of findings. e. Vendor shall have appropriately qualified personnel, including at minimum Registered Nurse/s (RN), with a Bachelor of Science in Behavior, Cognition and Neuroscience (BCN) degree or higher and current licensure, to perform CQM chart reviews/abstractions. Other personnel must have the requisite education (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Business Administration (MBA), etc.,), training and experience to perform the activities described in the Scope of Work. 2. Submit résumés for all assigned project staff 3. Organization and Project Methodology – This section must include a narrative which clearly demonstrates the vendor’s approach toward meeting the objectives of this project. Sample Work Products –Submit one (1) or two (2) relevant sample work products completed by the vendor related to Scope of Work of this project.
