The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of CPA, requests sealed responses for selfpropelled hydraulic 15-Ton cranes to be purchased by the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT). 1. SCOPE: This specification describes a 30,000-pound rated capacity, at 6 foot radius, and a 70 degree boom angle, deck type, self-propelled, hydraulic crane. Crane shall lift its rated load and carry the load on its carry deck or suspended over the front from its boom. A crane bid shall meet or exceed the latest revision of OSHA 1910.80 and ANSI B30.5. Any crane that does not comply with these standards will not be considered. Cranes furnished shall meet or exceed the following requirements.
