Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following services to University: 5.4.1 Term of service is for a period of two(2) years, beginning approximately August 2011 and ending June 30, 2013, with the option to renew for two additional two-year terms, upon mutual written agreement of both parties. 5.4.2 University reserves the right to exclude the following products from the agreement. These excluded products include, but are not necessarily limited to, patches, rings and other jewelry, and official UIL trophies and plaques. 5.4.3 Contractor will provide t-shirts to University for UIL events, with a minimum value of $1,000 per school year (July-June) (Note: Year 1 is defined as August 1, 2011 (or until an agreement is reached) through June 30, 2012. All other years will be July 1 - June 30.) University reserves the right to vary the quantities of t-shirts for each event, in each year during the term. 5.4.4 Contractor must produce three(3) graphic design options for University to choose from for each State Championship Event. Contractor must also allow up to three(3) revisions per graphic design. All designs must be sent to University thirty(30) calendar days prior to the UIL State Event and must be approved by University prior to production of t-shirts. Universitys Trademark Licensing office must review and approve any shirt design that contains UIL or UT marks. Products not sold should be disposed. 5.4.5 Contractor must provide a proposal for the revenue share payable to University each year of the term. Upon completion of a Championship Event, Contractor will submit a financial summary setting forth amounts due to University. 5.4.6 Contractor must obtain the UIL information (i.e. roster names provided to vendor by UIL) for the production of t-shirts, prior to each Championship event. 5.4.7 Contractor will be responsible for the design, print, production, distribution and sale of the State Championship t-shirts at UIL State Championship Events (ref Section 5.2.2), unless otherwise specified by University. 5.4.8 Contractor must be able to provide t-shirts online via an online store or electronic order, for up to one(1) month, following each UIL Championship Event. 5.4.9 Contractor may optionally provide additional compensation for the scholarship foundation of the UIL (the Texas Interscholastic League Foundation). Please note that proposers are not required to donate to the TILF scholarship fund. 5.4.10 Within vendors proposal, vendor may propose additional Contractor benefits for University.
