Specifications include, but are not limited to: UT Southwestern is seeking a consulting partner to perform an assessment for upgrading the University’s PeopleSoft systems from version 9.1 to version 9.2. PeopleSoft is the institutional ERP used by operations by university administration, university departments, student administration, ambulatory clinics, and University hospitals. Current PeopleSoft functions include; Campus Solutions, HCM, Financial Management, and Supply Chain. Appendix Three is a detailed description of the UTSW PeopleSoft environment. The 9.1 version now running at UT Southwestern was highly customized when installed. For the 9.2 upgrade we wish to minimize the number of customizations. Furthermore, we wish to de-install as many current customizations as possible, and employ ‘out-ofthe-box’ PeopleSoft 9.2 workflows and processes whenever practical. We are seeking a consulting partner capable of accurately assessing our environment, and providing the necessary costs, timeline, and resource requirements needed to insure a successful upgrade to version 9.2. Separate from this solicitation we will be requesting proposals for the actual conversion project later in the year 2015.
