Specifications include, but are not limited to: 9.3.1 Required Services 9.3.1.1 Provide security officer services for the Georgetown Community Center during private events: Trained to represent the interests of the City successful bidder must train staff to comprehend and comply with all rules/requirements listed in Exhibit 1 - Georgetown Community Center Rules and Regulations. Effectively manage policies as defined in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 Georgetown Community Center Rental Information Serve as a proactive deterrent to property damage and civil disturbances 9.3.1.2 Patrol Georgetown Community Center interior and exterior property areas (See Exhibit 3 map of area) 9.3.1.3 Ensure the Georgetown Community Center is vacated and secured according to times designated in individual lease agreements. A monthly rental report will be provided to successful bidder for scheduling purposes. The majority of rentals are scheduled between 7PM and 12AM. 9.3.1.4 Observe and report any damage to the Georgetown Community Center property, liability concerns and related information and activity during assigned service periods to designated representative 9.3.1.5 Provide reasonable assistance to renting parties and guests with the established Georgetown Community Center policies 9.3.1.6 Provide additional/supplemental security personnel at the request of the City. 9.3.2 Successful bidder must: 9.3.2.1 Maintain required staffing numbers and hours as dictated by monthly rental schedule. 9.3.2.2 Ensure compliance with all Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Board requirements and local, state and federal laws. Successful bidder shall maintain all required licenses, permits, certifications, etc., and shall provide proof of such upon request. 9.3.2.3 Work with the Citys designated representative to identify incident and activity trends, and develop action plans to achieve desired results. 9.3.2.4 Maintain emergency contact roster and calling procedures for all personnel assigned to the Georgetown Community Center. 9.3.2.5 Work with the Citys designated representative to develop deployment and operational plans for special events on an as needed basis. 9.3.2.6 Perform all operational and administrative duties related to security services as defined by requirements of Exhibit 1.
