Security & Fire Monitoring Services contract for Fort Bliss National Cemetery
This requirement is set aside 100% for SDVOSBs. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year and four - one year options, for security monitoring services. Evaluation criteria: Evaluations will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The government will base the contract award on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) See 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Procurement history: The previous contract for one year of security monitoring services did not exceed the micro-purchase threshold for services ($2,500) therefore, there is no record in the federal procurement data system (fpds.gov). In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b) Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Products and Services. Quoters may use their discretion to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement. However, the government will not assume or infer a company’s ability. Therefore, the method of demonstration shall be detailed enough to convey the company’s ability to meet the requirement(s) - in accordance with the statement of work, at a fair and reasonable price. The government will query the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) to assess past performance. Quoters that fail to complete and submit FAR Provision 52.212-3 and VAAR Clause 852.219-75 will be removed from consideration.
