Specifications include, but are not limited to: Armed Commission Security Guard Service for Municipal Court Facilities and its operations is required as follows: 1. MUNICIPAL COURT LOCATIONS Performance includes but is not limited to: 1. Security Officers shall not fraternize or socialize with the public. 2. Two-way radios on the contractor's frequency shall be provided to each Officer by the Contractor. 2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ARMED OFFICERS Performance includes but it is not limited to: a) At no time shall Security Officers sit in his/her car during working hours. Parking is not provided. b) All security personnel must sign in and out at the warrant section window c) Security Command Officer will make a quality inspection of the work site and submit a report of Security Officers performance throughout the shift both inside and outside of building. This report shall be submitted to the Officer Manager. d) Security Officers are to monitor building and keep unauthorized personnel out of building; officers may need to call the Police Department and give police reports e) Security Officers are to notify the Security Command Officer, Court Office Manager, Assistance Director and Director immediately of any unusual occurrences. f) The Security Command Officer will alert the Office Manager of any repairs so the General Services, Maintenance Department can be notified. Incident reports must be submitted within 24 hours. g) Security Officers/Bailiffs will need to monitor and control crowds. h) Security Officers must report "on" and "off'' when going to lunch to the Security Command Officer, who will then notify the Building Manager. i) Security Officers shall escort staff to their cars, upon their request. j) Security Officers must wear the company uniform with a minimum of equipment to include (or as directed by Municipal Court): a. Belt b. Hand irons c. Night stick
