Specifications include, but are not limited to:This proposal is for vendors that carry security equipment and supplies such as: WinDSX access control system, video intercom systems, Ademco intrusion alarm systems, Panasonic analog video recording systems and cameras. This RFP will also cover replacement and repairs of current security equipment installed at the campuses and administrative buildings. We estimate annual expenditures: Year 1 $934,000 / Year 2 $2,380,000 / Year 3 $562,000 / Year 4 $180,000. These expenditures are not guaranteed, only projected estimates. Submissions deemed unrelated will be considered a “No Bid”. Related Items is defined as those other items not listed in the proposal, but may be purchased. Vendors can bid a range i.e. 5-10% off everything, percentage off categories, or manufacturers. Vendors must enter a discount even if the discount is 0%. Leaving the Related Items discount blank will be a considered a No Bid.
