The Vendor shall furnish qualified, trained, and uniformed security officer personnel with all licenses required by law and with all necessary and required equipment to ensure the safety of facilities and protect facilities from malicious damage, trespassing, or sabotage. Services shall protect personnel, employees, tenants, and authorized visitors from physical harm; and protect all on site material and equipment from unauthorized use, loss, theft, pilferage, and vandalism. Reports of incidents that are considered security breaches or violations shall be prepared and submitted to the Cooperative member or designee as required by the Cooperative member and/or applicable law, and Vendor shall assist the Cooperative member and provide all reasonable documentation requested by the Cooperative member for its own documentation and reporting needs. Security personnel shall perform duties, such as property patrol (foot), person and vehicular access control, personnel escort, and other security related support functions as requested by the Cooperative member.
