Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Phase 1: Perform a security assessment of TFC Properties in Austin, TX which includes, but is not limited to: a) Identify and Prioritize Vulnerabilities: Physical, Network, Cybersecurity, Building Security, and Environmental Vulnerabilities through analysis, audit reports, vendor data, field data, industry standards and best practices, information security test and evaluation procedures. b) Make recommendations on how to address vulnerabilities and threats issues including improvements to mitigate risk for camera placements, parking, security systems topology, badge readers, access control systems. c) Recommendations for future growth. 2) Phase 2: Develop and Deliver a Security Master Plan. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a) Detailed design and documentation of security specifications, to include: i) Risk-based threat and vulnerability assessments. ii) Security integration and engineering technology. iii) Suspicious threat detection. iv) Planning and training for emergency operations. b) Coordinate with third party subconsultants, if applicable, throughout design and drafting. c) Weekly meetings with detailed reports with project manager. d) Provide final reports or updates to executive leadership, as required. e) Project closeout. 3) A/E services shall be offered with the understanding of full compliance with nondiscrimination requirements of the State of Texas by the A/E.
