Specifications include, but are not limited to: SECURITY SERVICE from qualified providers with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Mass Transit transportation preferred for the SUN METRO FACILITIES and Services listed within. This service shall consist of all management, supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish all the security services as described herein for the Sun Metro Facilities, including but not limited to, the following tasks and duties. Contractor shall provide a combination of armed and unarmed uniformed security services in and around the properties on a 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week basis, or as otherwise indicated per site specifications. The contracted security personnel will provide a variety of service, such as implementing the Sun Metro’s security objectives according to established policies and procedures. This may include but is not limited to general tasks such as: ▪ Entry and egress access and control, ▪ Roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas or parking lots and structures, ▪ Roving Patrol with vehicle for second shift 2:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. ▪ supervisor available to respond to incidents and events at all times. ▪ Completing daily operating reports ▪ Completion of report writing course conducive to assignment ▪ Monitoring and responding to alarms and fire detection equipment, ▪ Responding to medical emergencies, as necessary, and ▪ Providing direction and guidance to customers and riders. ▪ Two-way radio for communication with one another and Sun Metro dispatch
