Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Making rounds of inspection to determine that fences, gates, doors and windows are properly closed and/or locked or otherwise properly secured. • Turning lights ON and OFF as necessary. • Investigating unusual or suspicious conditions. • Preventing trespass on, damage to, or theft of ETCOG property. • Inspecting parking areas. • Enforcing security regulations. • Interacting in a professional manner with the public, WSET staff, and ETCOG staff. • Assist Clients with directions. • Be a visible and alert presence inthe reception area. • Operating telephone and transmitter/receiver radios, cameras, and automated security system equipment. • Responding to emergencies and/or alarms. • Escorting staff to or from their automobiles at darkness- early morning, evening or night if requested. • Screening and documenting property leaving or entering workforce premises as directed by facility manager. • Notifying appropriate ETCOG personnel and local authorities when emergencies occur. • Reporting any dishonest or criminal act committed on the premises to ETCOG personnel or other persons. • Respond to requests byfacility site supervisor. • Report any unsafe or dangerous conditions or circumstance to the Facility Manager. • Proposer will send in weekly reports for attendance of security guards for hours and locations • Proposer will send in incident reports immediately following any security incident.
