Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of the solicitation is to establish a fixed price contract for unarmed security guard service to be provided as the following: Provide (24) twenty-four hours on Saturday/Sunday and (12) twelve hours Monday through Friday,7 days a week, unarmed security service at Bellerive Senior Apartments located 7225 Bellerive Dr, Houston, Tx 77036 and Lyerly Senior Apartments located 75 Lyerly, Houston, Tx 77022. Security officers will be responsible for continually patrolling the exterior and interior of the property. Security Officers will serve as a visual and physical deterrent to crime, and respond to calls for break ins, and to call HPD or other emergency responses as circumstances warrant.
