Specifications include, but are not limited to: Company shall order and deliver parts per CPS Energy specifications and direction on an as-needed basis. Company shall provide complete repair, modification and installation services for existing and new Software House/American Dynamics equipment, automated access control systems, CCTV, various security detection and initiating devices, perimeter detection, dedicated uninterruptible power supplies and batteries. Company shall install any new ESS (Electronic Security Systems) systems, CCTV systems, electronic key systems, and designated system administrative functions. The ESS includes, but is not limited to automated access control system (Software House C•Cure9000), CCTV and Video Management System (Victor Video Edge), Visitor Management Control System (Stopware Passage Point) and CPS Energy’s Electronic Key System (ASSA ABLOY). Company installation technicians shall be NERC certified and Services shall be performed by certified Software House Technicians.
