Boerne ISD is seeking to obtain responses from vendors that can provide support of the Districts Security Camera, Cabling, Access Controls Installation and Repair Services. Details of the services are discussed further within this RFP. 4.2.1 Camera & Access Control Vendor(s) areas of service will include but is not limited to: • In building cabling that connect End-Point Devices such as Cameras, Card Readers, Control Boards, etc. • In/On building Hardware such as Cameras • In/On building Hardware such as Card Access Readers • In building Hardware such as Control Boards • Other Camera and Control related quests 4.2.2 Vendor Profile- In general, the primary attributes BISD seeks in a vendor includes but is not limited to: • Demonstrated, verifiable capability to provide support and maintenance services similar to those described in this RFP. • Sound business and financial performance history consistent with solid, stable, and reliable operations over a multi-year period. • Reasonable exposure to education industry concepts; ideally a history of providing products and/or services to members of the education industry. • Stable staff of highly trained professionals who have demonstrated a successful track record of customer service and who have mastered the technical skills necessary to support the products and services outlined in the applicable RFP. • Proven record of implementing industry best practices, reducing costs, and increasing service levels.
