The AFMEDCOM/CSS staff is seeking support in the security department for the USAF/Surgeon General (SG). The support shall include answering questions and processing documents according to the local procedures and policies in accordance with (IAW) DoDM5220.22V2, National Industrial Security Program: Industrial Security Procedures for Government Activities, and Department of Defense Instruction 5200.1-R, Information Security Program; and recommend revisions and updates to maintain local procedures for the protection of classified national defense and other sensitive information and systems originated or controlled by installation activities. Contractor support shall include providing expertise in local policies, safeguarding classified documents, coordinating Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearances, maintaining records, and providing security compliance guidance to assigned personnel. The contractor shall assist the Government staff by coordinating documentation for the Common Access Card (CAC), coordinating documentations for security clearances, providing guidance and notifications for Department of the Air Force (DAF)/SG and AFMEDCOM personnel who are In-processing and out-processing, and monitoring individual training requirements.
